Who am I?

Hello, everyone! My name is Rene and I am a professor at Centro Universitário Metodista IPA in Porto Alegre, Brazil.

My English III students and I are carrying out a blog project this semester. Each student is going to have his/her own blog in which they will write about things related to their English classroom as well as anything else they consider important to write on a blog.

I think the blog project is a great chance for my students to practice their English writing having a meaningful purpose.

As soon as my students give me their blog addresses, I will publish them here little by little.

Too serious?!?!

Looking too serious?!!? Oh, no! Not at all! Just serious enough for the picture only and that's all. In fact, I was having some fun at the "Usina do Gasômetro", one of our local weekend destinations in Porto Alegre.
